Facility/Staffing

  • We are located at 14030 23rd Avenue in Southwest Edmonton. There is plenty of free on-site parking!

  • All staff are certified in CPR and will have a thorough background check.

  • Children are supported to be able to express their feelings openly with their peers, and staff are on hand to encourage these situations to be an opportunity for a positive learning outcome.

Sharing, courtesy, collaboration, and teamwork are fundamental relationship-building pillars of the Purpose Family. Strategies such as time outside, using our sensory area, and our staffing allow us to work through these emotional challenges together as a team in order to learn how to self-regulate over time. Our staff know each child and work closely as a team to understand the needs of each child throughout their time at preschool, which allows us to work closely with the parents on their family's educational journey!

  • We have trained staff with experience in ESL and bilingualism and work individually with families to provide a personalized program for your child. We promote diversity and actively include additional language and cultural exposure in our programming.

Registration

  • There will be no required fundraising. Purpose values giving back and will support various charity initiatives throughout the year. We also commit to planting a tree or kelp for every member of our Purpose Family every year to reduce our carbon impact as a company.

  • Registration can be done via our website with our partner platform Brightwheel.

  • The monthly tuition fees are inclusive and cover all supplies, residencies, field trips, workshops, and activities. The full fee breakdown and payment schedule can be found here..

  • Supporting our families is always of utmost importance to us. At this time, we have chosen not to participate in the government subsidy program. We feel it limits the quality and sustainability of our programming. Being independent gives us the most flexibility to meet the personalized needs of our families.
