  • Purpose Preschool is seeking passionate, experienced Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Early Childhood Educators to join our Montessori preschool community.

  • Must Haves:

    • Level 1, 2, or 3 Early Childhood Educator certification

    • Previous experience working in an early childhood setting

    • Professional references

    • Ability and willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in all seasons

    • Creative, adaptable, and strong problem-solving skills

    • Flexible and responsive to the needs of the site and team

    • Available to start ASAP

    Desirable Qualifications:

    • Valid First Aid & CPR certification

    • Montessori training or experience

    • Specialist training or additional certifications (e.g., 1:1 support, special needs, music, movement/gymnastics, etc.)

    • Flexible schedule
